Celebrate the soul of the last real pubs in your city - the Pub Quartet!
Martin, an artist and author from Munich, has always had good ideas! They usually came to him over a beer in one of the Munich Boazn - the quaint, often slightly run-down working-class bars in the city. He noticed that there were fewer and fewer of the city's Boazn! Either the landlords themselves or their favorite regulars could no longer afford the increased rents in the neighborhood - and another one had to close. Well, Martin wanted to point this out, but not in a serious way, rather in a playful way. Because that was the best way for people to notice. The idea of immortalizing Munich's last Boazn in a quartet game was quickly born. Firstly, for people to cut out themselves in a city magazine and a little later as a real card game. An original gag that you can actually play with. And lo and behold, the people of Munich liked the Boazn quartet , and they were obviously also fond of their little neighborhood bars. Just like the people of Berlin, Hamburg and Cologne - Martin was everywhere on his bike, tracking down the last real bars in the city, cheerful nests that have always cheered up their guests with fresh beer.
The pub, a place of refuge for all the birds of the city, the grey eminences and poor knights, solid ladies of the night and strong guys, old tykes and young geezers - everyone is welcome in the peculiar bars that can still be found in every district.
This card game is intended to give those and all the remaining, genuine, ever-glowing corner pubs in the city the attention they deserve.
